Not properly til I went to college, so at around 18. I knew I wanted to be an engineer quite a bit earlier than that and spent a few summers working as an apprentice mechanic but I would say College was the first time that I got into it on a regular basis. If I knew then what I know now – I would definitely have started sooner. Sometimes I wish that I had known someone who could have shown me programming or given me access to decent machine tools (welding, milling etc.)

I started to do my first coding at the age of 14. I wasn’t very good code but I guess there must be some start 😀
