Good question! I think the hardest thing can be staying on top of new technologies. If you think of Doctors.. its important for them to always learn about new medicines and better ways of treating people. When you work in technology its very similar – you are always learning new technologies and better ways of doing your job. Luckily my company support us by paying for us to go to conferences in other countries. At conferences I listen to experts speaking about what they are working on. It gives me lots of ideas on how I can improve the software in my company. I sometimes read articles in the evenings and weekends and trying new programming languages also.

Looking from the outside some might say the inability to answer no to a client or problem. All the time in work I am faced with problems that have to be solved. People might think that is super stressful but when you have a good team around you it’s just everyday,

It can be frustrating sometimes, when things do not work out the way you want them to for a very long time. It is the most amazing feeling though, when these things finally work then 😉
