It depends how cool you want your website to look! It’s a bit like building something with Lego. You start with a few small blocks and it doesn’t look very exciting but you can keep building and change sizes and colours..
At CoderDojo coding club I teach girls from age 8 and older to make their first website in a couple of hours with their own photos and text and colours.
