      Hey Aine,
I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I was in school. I really enjoyed music and I also liked making my own websites at home. I was good at maths but I didn’t enjoy studying Leaving Cert maths. My career guidance counsellor suggested I try Computer Science or Sound Engineering. I didn’t even know what my job would be like! Luckily there are LOADS of options when you study Computer Science or similar courses like Business Information Systems in college. After studying lots of different subjects in 4 years in college I knew I really enjoyed programming. Its a very creative job… there are lots of different ways of solving the same problem. Its also a bit like working on puzzles all day!
