Practicing teamwork. I learnt a let in teamwork with doctors and other engineers.
When you work in team, all of the team members have the same final goal, for example, finishing the prototype of a device. Each of the team member will both work on specific tasks and in small groups, because you will work with people with complementary skills to you (hence there is not “the best” team members in a teamwork!). You learn how to be pleased with everyone and how to fix all the problems you might have together. The final results of the teamwork is a sharing goal: if someone has a problem, this is a team problem; if someone did a significant step forward in the project, this is a significant step forward for the team!
