• Question: If someone was being mean to you at work,how would you react

      Hey Coolio,
      The first thing I would do is talk to them in private about it. Often people don’t even realise they have offended you! If they did something really mean and I am not able to talk to them about it I would talk to someone in HR (human resources) instead. They will always keep your conversations private. If there is a complaint about someone in the office they will talk to that person to try to change their behaviour.
