  Of course, to solve a problem you need to understand it. Ive spent a lot of time with people of various disabilities and the elderly. What people often forget that for a product to be successful it needs to do more than provide function. For robots in particular, it needs to look right and it’s movement should be predictable. This is information we can’t get from lab tests, only from meeting with and testing with the users.
